Directions

Boil, peel and mash potatoes.
Add salt, pepper and butter or margarine.
Add eggs, and beat vigorously until potatoes are perfectly smooth and fluffy.
Add milk, and continue to beat.
Mixture should be quite moist.
Turn into buttered casserole, and bake at 450°F. about 15 minutes or until rough crest of potatoes shows brown points.
