Sweet Potato-Orange Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 orange
3 c. cooked sweet potato slices
4 tsp. butter
1 c. miniature marshmallows
Directions
Cut unpeeled orange into slices; quarter each slice.
Arrange layers of potatoes and orange in greased casserole.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with marshmallows.
Bake until marshmallows are lightly browned and melted.
