3/4 c.sugar
4 1/2 tsp. (rounded) baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. (rounded) salt
1/2 c. shortening
2 1/4 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
Directions
Sift dry ingredients; cut in shortening.
Add potatoes with enough water to obtain consis tency of dough; shape into biscuits.
Bake at 400 degrees until done.
