Sweet Potato Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups diced cooked sweet potatoes | ||
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Marshmallows | 10 | |
| Cornflakes | 2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
Directions
Mash the sweet potatoes in a bowl.
Stir in the sugar and margarine.
Shape into 8 to 10 balls.
Press a marshmallow into each ball and roll in the corn flakes.
Arrange on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until hot and beginning to brown.
