Sweet Pea Special Recipe
Sweet pea special is a sweet and creamy recipe of peas made with currant jelly. Flavored with butter and seasoned to taste, the sweet peas is also sweetened with added sugar and is paired well with spicy dishes.

| Currant jelly | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 cans small peas | ||

Directions
Melt butter, currant jelly, and sugar in medium-size skillet.
Heat peas in another saucepan; drain all but 1 cup liquid.
Put peas and 1 cup liquid into jelly mixture; season with salt and pepper.
Simmer very gently until ready to serve.
