Sweet N Spicy Ribs Recipe
A flavorful recipe thats both naughty and nice these ribs will reel you in like a fair maiden and then slam you down with the spice.

Ingredients
2 Cups brown sugar
2 tbsp cayenne
1/4 Cup of Honey
Roasted Red Chili peppers skinned and ground into a paste (you can buy the jar variety if you wish) otherwise roast around 10 peppers
Freshly ground Ginger
3 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp fresh ground black pepper
salt to taste
zest of lemon
zest of orange
juice from a small jar of marschiano cherries
marschiano cherries puree'd
Directions
first you want to prepare the ribs as in episode 2 of smokin chefs by removing the tough membrane
next this is important, first apply the cayenne pepper to each side of the ribs
add the garlic powder next to each side
add the salt to each side
add the freshly ground ginger to each side
now add the lemon zest to each side
after you have added the lemon zest
apply the chili pepper paste to each side
rub the brown sugar on each side reserve 1 cup of brown sugar for the glaze
add the black pepper to each side
Preparing the glaze:
Add the remaining brown sugar to a small to medium saucepan
add the puree'd cherries
add the juice
add the orange zest
turn heat to medium high
cook stirring connstantly until the mixture becomes like a semi thick syrup
Cook the ribs acording to episode 2 of smokin chefs 15 minutes each side @ 300 degrees
except you baste with sauce and then turn baste again for the last 15 minutes
before wrapping in foil pour the remaining sauce over the ribs and dust with a little more brown sugar
wrap in foil and cook for 1 hour (This method can also be used in the oven)
