Sweet N Sour Whole Rockfish Recipe
Sweet N Sour Whole Rockfish is simply a delicious side dish. Try this amazingly tempting seafood recipe; I am sure you will get a lot of compliments for this.
Ingredients
| Rockfish | 6 Pound, dressed | |
| Salad oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sweet n Sour Sauce | ||
| Cooked rice | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Thaw fish if frozen.
Slash fish on both sides every 2 inches about 1/4 inch deep.
Coat generously with oil; sprinkle inside and out with salt and pepper.
Place on heavy foil on large cookie sheet or shallow roasting pan.
Bake in 350 °F oven about 50 minutes, until fish flakes easily. (Allow about 10 minutes per inch of width at widest part of fish.)
Remove fish to large heated platter.
Pour Sweet 'n Sour Sauce over; serve with cooked rice.
