GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

MAKING
2 In a large bowl, combine beef with dried minced onions.
3 Add in the crushed cornflakes and beaten egg along with ketchup and pepper.
4 Wet your palms slightly and mix the meat mixture well.
5 Prepare even sized balls with the mixture and arrange them in a dish side by side.
6 In a pan, add the jellied cranberry sauce along with chili sauce, dark brown sugar and lemon juice.
7 Bring the mixture to a boil stirring constantly until the cranberry sauce has melted.
8 Pour the prepared sauce over the meatballs.
9 Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25 - 30 minutes.

SERVING
10 Insert toothpicks in the meatballs and serve.
