Ingredients

 
3 cans corn, drained
 
1 large green pepper, chopped small
 
1 large red pepper, chopped small
 
4 green onions, chopped
 
3/4 cup oil
 
3/4 cup vinegar
 
3 bay leaves
 
2 Tbsp brown sugar
 
11/2 tsp salt, pepper
 
3/8 tsp Tabasco
 
1 Tbsp dry mustard powder
 
3 cloves garlic, crushed

Directions

Mix vegetables in a bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients (except bay leaves).
Add to vegetables and toss well.
Add bay leaves without crumbling.
Let stand at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
Remove bay leaves before serving.
