Sweet Corn Rarebit Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 50 Gram | |
| Tomatoes | 2 | |
| Chopped capsicum | 1⁄2 Tablespoon | |
| Breadcrumbs | 50 Gram | |
| Grated cheese | 200 Gram | |
| Chili sauce | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Sweet corn | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
| Toast | 4 | |
| Beaten egg | 1 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Melt butter in a saucepan, add capsicum and cook until soft.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Then add corn and beaten egg.
Cook for 5 mins.
Add peeled, chopped tomatoes, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and chilli sauce and heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
Serve with triangles of toast.
