 Butter50 Gram
 Tomatoes2
 Chopped capsicum1⁄2 Tablespoon
 Breadcrumbs50 Gram
 Grated cheese200 Gram
 Chili sauce1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Sweet corn1 Can (10 oz)
 Toast4
 Beaten egg1
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Melt butter in a saucepan, add capsicum and cook until soft.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Then add corn and beaten egg.
Cook for 5 mins.
Add peeled, chopped tomatoes, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and chilli sauce and heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
Serve with triangles of toast.
