Ingredients
1 1/2 teaspoons unsweetened carob powder
3/4 cup skim milk
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
Cinnamon stick
Directions
In small saucepan combine carob powder and sugar; using a wire whisk, gradually stir in milk.
Add vanilla and, over medium heat, bring mixture to a boil, beating with whisk until frothy; pour into a mug, add cinnamon stick stirrer, and serve immediately.
