Sweet Applesauce Bran Loaf Recipe

Directions
Stir in the brown sugar and mix well, breaking up any lumps.
Beat the egg with a fork in a separate bowl; blend in the applesauce, milk and vegetable oil.
Stir the bran cereal into the applesauce mixture and let stand for 5 minutes.
Add the cereal mixture to the flour mixture and stir until moistened.
Stir in the raisins with a few quick strokes.
Spoon the batter into a greased 5x9-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until bread tests done.
Cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
Invert on a wire rack to cool completely.
