Ingredients

 Cauliflower100 Gram
 French Beans100 Gram
 Carrots100 Gram
 Cabbage100 Gram
 Cucumber100 Gram
 Capsicums100 Gram
 Onions100 Gram
 Celery stick4
 1/2 teaspoon Ajinomoto powder
 4 tablespoons refined oil, salt to taste, green chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce to serve.
 3/4 teacup sugar
 1 teacup water
 Plain flour2 Tablespoon (For the sauce, 3/4 teacup brown vinegar)
 1 to 2 tablespoons soya sauce
 Tomato ketchup4 Tablespoon (For the sauce, 3/4 teacup brown vinegar)

Directions

Cut the french beans and celery into 25 mm. (1") pieces.
Slice the carrots and onions.
Cut the rest of the vegetables into flat big pieces.
Place all the ingredients of the sauce in a vessel, mix well and put to boil. Go on cooking and stirring until the sauce is thick.
Heat the oil thoroughly in a vessel and add the vegetables and Ajinomoto powder. Cook on a high flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the prepared sauce and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
Serve hot with chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.
Note: You can add a few pieces of chopped pineapple (use tinned pineapple) to make this dish even more interesting.
