Ingredients
1/2 lb peeled shrimp
1 tablespoon sherry
Salt and pepper
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1/2 lb canned pineapple chunks
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3/4 cup vinegar
1/3 cup brown sugar
Directions
Place the prawns (shrimp) in a bowl with the sherry and seasonings and marinate for 1 hour.
Slice the onion and cut the pepper into wedges.
Put the oil in a small saucepan, add the vegetables, and fry gently until softened.
Add the pineapple.
