Directions
Scoop out pulp.
Cube 1 cup of pineapple pulp.
Reserve shells.
Mix ground chuck, ground pork, egg, 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce and salt.
Shape into small balls about the size of walnuts.
Brown in butter; remove from skillet.
To skillet, add beef broth, green pepper strips, fresh pineapple cubes and remaining worcestershire sauce.
Simmer until peppers are tender.
Add brown sugar.
Thicken slightly with cornstarch mixed with water.
Add meatballs and heat.
Spoon into pineapple shells.
