Sweet And Sour Liver (Fegato Dolce E Agro) Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb (500 g) liver, sliced
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sweet and Sour Sauce
Directions
Season liver with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a frypan and saute the liver over a high heat for about two minutes.
Reduce heat and cook for another two minutes.
Cover with Sweet and Sour Sauce and cook for one more minute or until liver is tender.
