1 green onion (cut into 1” piece diagonally)
 
1 tomato (chopped finely)
 
2 tbsp vinegar
 
1 tsp of sugar
 
1 tbsp soy sauce
 
Water or chicken stock

Directions

Marinate fish in all the ingredients. Take 3 cups of cooking oil in a wok. Deep fry the marinated fish for 12-15 minutes. Take out and drain the excess oil. Serve.
