Sweet And Sour Brisket Recipe
Ingredients
5 to 6 pound brisket
2 onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup catsup
1 cup water
1 tablespoon salt
Ground pepper to taste
Directions
Place brisket on onions and garlic.
Mix other ingredients; pour over brisket.
Cover; roast in 350°F oven until tender, approximately 4 hours.
