Sweet And Sour Beetroot Salad Recipe

Ingredients

 
15 gms. butter
 
2 Tbl.sp. chopped onion
 
50 gms. sugar
 
1 Tbl.sp. corn flour
 
1/2 Tsp. salt
 
5 Tbl.sp. vinegar
 
700 gms. cooked beetroot, peeled and sliced.

Directions

Melt the butter in the sauce-pan, and saute the onion for 5 minutes.
Stir in sugar, cornflour, salt and vineger, and cook stirring until thickened.
Reduce the heat, add beetroot and heat through, stirring occasionally.
