Sweet And Sour Bean Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 225 g/8 oz cooked or canned flageolet beans | ||
| 225 g/8 oz cooked or canned red kidney or adzuki beans | ||
| 100 g/4 oz cooked or canned soya, haricot or butter beans | ||
| 1 dessert apple | ||
| Celery | 1/2 | |
| Bunch spring onions | ||
Directions
Drain all the beans well and mix together.
The choice of beans gives a blend of green, red and white colours.
Core and dice the apple.
Chop the celery and the spring onions.
Mix with the beans.
Put the mustard into a basin, blend in the oils, then add the rest of the ingredients.
Spoon over the beans.
