Sweet 'N Sour Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 envelope (1 1/4 ounces) dry onion soup mix
2 eggs
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Sauce:
2 cups Western style salad dressing
1 jar (18 ounces) currant or grape jelly
1 envelope (1 1/4 ounces) brown gravy mix
Directions
Combine beef, onion soup mix, eggs, Wor-cestershire, pepper, and salt.
Mix until well blended.
Form mixture into 1-inch balls.
Arrange meatballs in a single layer on micro-wave roasting rack in microproof baking dish.
Cook on 90, 5 to 6 minutes.
Place meatballs in chafing dish and cover.
Repeat with remaining meatballs.
Combine salad dressing, jelly, and brown gravy mix in 2-quart glass measure.
Stir to blend.
Cover with waxed paper and cook on 90, 6 minutes, stirring once.
Pour sauce over meatballs.
Mix until well blended.
