 Dutch Muesli - 1/2 cup
 Yogurt3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ripe banana1/2
 Nutmeg - a dash, freshly grated
 Cinnamon - a dash

Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, beat the yogurt till smooth. It's consistency should be that between buttermilk and yogurt.
2) Add in muesli, banana, nutmeg and cinnamon. Mix well.

SERVING
3) Serve Sweet Sugarless Muesli for breakfast.
