Sweet Spicy Glazed Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
| Dark brown sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce | ||
| 4 teaspoons Chinese-style hot mustard | ||
| Rice vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick) | ||
| Cooking spray | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 425°.

Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to boil.
Remove from heat.

Place fish on a foil-lined jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven.
4 Preheat broiler.

Brush sugar mixture over fish; broil 3 inches from heat 3 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.
