Ingredients

 Pineapple chunks1
 Sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cornstarch2 Tablespoon
 1 chicken bouillon cube in 1 cup hot water
 Vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Soy sauce2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 2 cups green-pepper strips, 1/2 inch wide
 2 6 1/2- or 7-ounce cans tuna, drained and broken in chunks
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 2 6-ounce cans chow-mein noodles

Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup.
Combine sugar, cornstarch; stir in bouillon, pineapple syrup, vinegar, soy sauce, and salt.
Cook and stir till mixture thickens.
Add pineapple, green pepper, tuna, butter.
Heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over noodles.
Pass soy sauce.
