Sweet Sour Tuna Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapple chunks | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Green pepper | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chicken | 1 | |
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tuna | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Chow mein noodles | 2 Can (10oz) |
Directions
Drain syrup from pineapple and set aside (you should have about 1 cup).
Cook the pineapple chunks in the butter for 3 minutes.
Measure out 2/3 cup of the pineapple syrup and pour half of it into the pineapple.
Add green pepper strips; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water and stir into pineapple mixture.
Mix cornstarch with remaining 1/3 cup pineapple syrup and stir in.
Add soy, vinegar, and sugar.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and clear.
Break tuna into chunks and fold gently into mixture.
Add pepper and heat until tuna is hot.
