| All purpose flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Catsup | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped |

Directions
Add the pork cubes, a few at a time, shaking to coat with the seasoned flour.
In large saucepan or Dutch oven brown the meat in hot oil.
Combine brown sugar, flour, and 1 teaspoon salt.
Stir in water, catsup, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir mixture into the meat; add chopped onion.
Cover and cook the stew over low heat for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
