Sweet & Sour Pork Chops Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup each sugar and wine vinegar
2 teaspoons each soy sauce and dry sherry
1/4 cup catsup
Sweet and sour sauce
4 smoked pork chops cut 1 inch thick
8 to 10 whole small carrots, peeled and cooked
4 large apples, unpeeled and cut horizontally into 1 inch-thick slices
Directions
Combine sugar, vinegar, soy, sherry, and catsup.
