| 1 1/2 pounds boneless pork loin, cut in thin strips | ||
| Packed brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |

Directions
1. Arrange pork strips in a 2 1/2-quart microwave-oven-safe open oval casserole. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook in microwave oven 7 minutes at Medium-High; rotate dish one-half turn once. Remove meat with a slotted spoon and set aside.
2. Combine brown sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in water, soy sauce and vinegar. Blend cornstarch mixture into meat juices in casserole. Add pineapple with juice, reserved meat, green pepper and onion; stir.
3. Cook covered in microwave oven 15 to 18 minutes at Medium-High,
or until pork is tender and sauce is thickened and bubbly; stir every 3 minutes.
