| 2 cups Multi-Bran CHEX brand cereal, crushed to 3/4 cup | ||
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |

| 1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1 teaspoon lite soy sauce | ||
| Ground ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 16 ounces frozen Oriental or mixed vegetables, prepared according to package directions, drained | ||
| Sweet and sour sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs), prepared | |
Directions
In medium bowl combine turkey, cereal, onion, egg, parsley, garlic, soy sauce and ginger.
Mix well.
Using 1 rounded tablespoon meat mixture for each, shape into 2-inch balls.
Brown meatballs in lightly greased skillet over medium heat, turning often.
Add water; cover and cook over low heat 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
Drain.
Add vegetables and sweet and sour sauce; cook over low heat, stirring gently until meatballs are coated and sauce and vegetables are warm.
Serve over rice, if desired
