Sweet Sour Cabbage Recipe

| Shredded cabbage | 7 Cup (16 tbs), pounded | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tables poons water | ||
Directions
In skillet, cook bacon; remove and crumble.
Cook onion in drippings until tender.
Stir in broth, vinegar, sugar, pepper; add apple and bay.
Bring to boil; add cabbage.
Cover; cook over medium heat 45 minutes or until tender.
Combine cornstarch and water; stir into cabbage.
Cook, stirring until slightly thickened.
Garnish with bacon.
