FOR THE STRAWBERRY SAUCE

MAKING
1. In the food processor combine frozen strawberries, lemon juice, sugar and strawberry schnapps.
2. Process everything until you get a smooth sauce like consistency.

SERVING
3. Serve the fresh strawberry sauce over cheesecake, pound cake or ice cream

FOR THE CHOCOLATE SAUCE

MAKING
1. In a pot pour heavy cream and simmer on medium heat until the bubbles form in the edges.
2. Turn off the heat and add the semi-sweet chocolate chips stir and cover, let it sit for 5 minutes and whisk until the chocolate has melted.

SERVING
3. Serve the chocolate sauce with vanilla ice cream or hot brownie.

FOR THE RUM SAUCE

MAKING
1. In a pot melt butter; add flour and whisk cook it for 5 minutes.
2. Add sugar, whipping cream, whisk and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add rum, vanilla extract and nutmeg whisk everything together and cook for 5 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve the rum sauce with bread pudding.
