Sweet Potato Turkey Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Sweet potatoes | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Margarine | 2 Tablespoon, melted | |
| Pumpkin pie spice | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Nonstick vegetable cooking spray | ||
| Cooked turkey | 2 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz), reduced | |
| Green beans package | 1 , drained | |
| Mushroom | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| French onion | 2 Tablespoon, crushed | |
| 1 can (8 ounces) cranberry sauce (optional) | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper | ||
Directions
In medium bowl mash sweet potatoes, margarine and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
Line pie plate with potato mixture to form a "pie shell"; set aside.
In medium bowl combine turkey, soup, beans, mushrooms, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture into prepared shell.
Sprinkle onions over top.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until hot.
