Sweet Potato Surprise Recipe
Ingredients
| Sweet potatoes large can | 1 , drained | |
| 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed | ||
| Marshmallows | 12 Large | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon, melted | |
| 2/3 cup corn flake crumbs | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Grease the bottom and sides of square 8x8 pan.
Mash sweet potatoes with brown sugar.
Shape 1/3 cup of potato mixture around marshmallow.
Brush with butter, roll in corn flakes, and place in pan.
Repeat with the remaining marshmallows.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until coating is light brown.
