 Eggs4 Small
 Skim milk2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sweet potatoes3 Cup (16 tbs), peeled
 Butter3 Teaspoon
 1 1/4 cup granulated brown sugar replacement
 Wheat germ1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ground cinnamon1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground cloves1/4 Teaspoon
 Ground allspice1/4 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well.
Pour into a well greased baking dish.
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 30 minutes or until set and top is lightly browned.
