Ingredients

 
Sweet Potato Leaves - 200 grams, cut finely
 
Beef - 200 grams, cut into cubes
 
Fish - 1
 
Okra - 6 pieces, cut finely
 
Red Pepper - to taste
 
Palm Oil - 100 milliliter
 
Onion - 1, big, sliced
 
Chicken OR Beef Seasoning - 1 to 2
 
Salt - to taste
 
Smoked Fish - optional

Directions

MAKING
1. In the pan put the meat, fish, 1 cup of water and salt.
2. Let it boil for 10 minutes.
3. Remove the fish, add the leaves with another cup of water and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add the onion, seasonings and palm oil in the pan .
5. Put the red pepper and salt.
6. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
7. Add the pre boiled fish without the bones and the okra stirring regularly.
8. The sauce is ready when the liquid is totally absorbed, around 10 minutes.


SERVING
9. Serve it with rice and enjoy.
