Sweet Potato Bisque Recipe
Ingredients
| Sweet potatoes | 3 Medium | |
| Cream cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chicken stock | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Wash the sweet potatoes but do not peeled; cut into cubes.
MAKING
2. In a pot of boiling water, add sweet potato cubes; cover and boil until tender.
3. Drain and mash the potatoes.
FINALISING
4. In a mixing bowl, combine mash potato with Yogurt Cream Cheese and stock or process in a blender on medium speed until smooth.

5. Serve warm.
