Sweet Potato Biscuits Recipe

Directions
In a large mixing bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together.
Cut in shortening until mixture is consistency of cornmeal.
Mix in the sweet potatoes.
Add the milk and mix well.
Turn out onto a floured board and knead lightly.
Roll out to 1/2-inch thickness and cut with a 2-inch floured biscuit cutter.
Place on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
