Sweet Potato and Banana Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Sweet potatoes | 4 | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Bananas | 4 (Special margarine - 3 tablespoons) | |
| Brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Special margarine - 3 tablespoons) | |
| Orange juice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Special margarine - 3 tablespoons) |
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
MAKING
2.Prepare unpeeled sweet potatoes by cokking until soft yet firm.
3.Once done, take off the skin and cut th epotatoes in slices of 1/4 inch.
4.Take a casserole dish, apply little margarine on the base and the sides.
5.Put layer of sweet potato, drizzle margarine on its top and put a banana layer.
6.Add a sprinkling of brown sugar on the top.
7.Repeat the layers.
8.Drizzle margarine on the top most layer of banana.
9.Drizzle orange juice on the top and bake for 30 minutes until brown.
SERVING
10.Serve warm.
