Directions

MAKING
1)Fry onion in oil till transparent.
2)Add pepper and tomatoes along with juice of lemon,apple juice, ginger, salt, and olive oil and simmer for atleast 20-25 mins.
3)Take pan off the heat and allow to cool for a while then empty content of pan into a liquidizer jar and blend into a smooth puree.
4) Reheat before serving if serving hot.

SERVING
5)Ladle into soup bowls. This soup can be served hot or cold if you like. .
