| Honey | 250 Milliliter | |
| 45 ml soya sauce | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 45 Milliliter | |
| Ginger powder | 3 Milliliter | |
| Garlic powder | 3 Milliliter | |
Directions
Wash and tip the chicken wings.
Pat dry with paper towels and place in a large mixing bowl.
Whip the honey, soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ginger and garlic together.
Pour over the chicken wings.
Marinate for 2 hours.
Place the wings on a broiling pan.
Reserve marinade.
Broil in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Turn wings over and brush with reserved marinade.
Broil for additional 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
