Sweet N Sour Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Carrots | 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Snow peas | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green bell pepper | 1 Small, cut in to chunks | |
| Tomato | 1 Medium, cut into wedges | |
| Water chestnuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 1/2 cup sliced cucumber, cut into halves | ||
| 3/4 cup WISH-BONE Sweet 'n Spicy French Dressing | ||
| Packed brown sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat; cook carrots, snow peas and bell pepper, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Add tomato, water chestnuts, cucumber and Sweet 'n Spicy French Dressing blended with brown sugar and soy sauce.
Simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Top with sesame seeds, if desired.
