Sweet N Sour Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients

| Cornstarch | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple tidbits | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), undrained | |
| Frozen shrimp | 3 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| 3 medium green or 1 small onion, sliced | ||
| Celery stalks | 2 , sliced | |
| Green pepper | 1 To taste, cut into strips | |
| Tomato | 1 Large | |
Directions
In 2-quart casserole, combine sugar, cornstarch, ginger, paprika, soy sauce and vinegar; mix well.
Stir in pineapple, frozen shrimp, onions, celery and green pepper.
Cook covered, 12 minutes or until shrimp is done.
Stir in tomato and leave covered a few minutes to heat tomato.
