Sweet n' Sour Dip For Shellfish Recipe
Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/3 cup wine vinegar
1 cup salad oil
1/4 tsp grated onion
2 tbs. green pepper, finely minced
2 tbs. pimiento, finely minced
Directions
Combine dry ingredients.
Add vinegar and blend thoroughly.
Boil mixture for 1 min.
Cool thoroughly and add oil slowly, beating mixture until thickened.
Add onion, green pepper and pimiento.
Garnish top with slices of pimiento and small slice of green pepper.
Excellent for shrimp, crab, lobster, etc
