Ingredients

 Plain yoghurt3 3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Rose water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar4 Tablespoon
 1 dozen shelled, unsalted pistachios, coarsely chopped

Directions

Whisk all the ingredients with 3 3/4 cups water for 3-4 minutes until the mixture becomes frothy.
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
