Sweet Lassi Recipe
Ingredients
| Plain yoghurt | 3 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Rose water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 4 Tablespoon | |
| 1 dozen shelled, unsalted pistachios, coarsely chopped | ||
Directions
Whisk all the ingredients with 3 3/4 cups water for 3-4 minutes until the mixture becomes frothy.
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
