Sweet Jam Omelet Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 4 Small | |
| Milk | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 1 Ounce | |
| Jam - 4 rounded tablespoons and warmed | ||
| Caster Sugar | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Separate the egg yolks and the whites
2) In a bowl beat the yolks using a electric mixer with some milk
3) Also whisk the egg whites till stiff
4) Fold the whites into the yolk mixture
5) In a frying pan, dab in some butter
6) Pour in the egg mixture and cook gently, till browned on one side
7) Place the pan in the oven using the top grill, cook the top till light golden
8) Pour the jam atop the omelets and fold into half
SERVING
9) Slide the omelets onto a plate sprinkled in with some sugar
