Weigh 3 pounds of white sugar and each morning add a handful, stirring well, until all sugar is used.

Something is missing in the directions and the ingredients have only 2 tsp sugar.

A lot is missing! From what I can gather, you prepare these the same way as a 7 day pickle....only difference is the cucumber itself
