Sweet Corn Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
| Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon (For base) | |

| Warm water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) (For base) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (For base) | |
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon (For base) | |
| 1/2 cup maize flour | ||
| Flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For base) | |
| 1 cup grated corn from tender corn cobs | ||
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon (For topping) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Tablespoon (For topping) | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Tablespoon (For topping) | |
| Capsicum | 1 , chopped (For topping) | |
| 5-6 whole button mushroom | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (For topping) | |
| Pepper powder | 1/2 Teaspoon (For topping) | |
| Cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated (For topping) | |
Directions
Mix baking powder, curd and warm water in a large bowl.
Add salt, oil and both the flours and knead to a soft dough.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and keep in a warm place for an hour.
Knead the dough again with a little dry flour and roll out into a 30 cm round base.
Put the base in a baking dish and prick with fork.
Bake base in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes.
Remove the base from the dish and cool.
Mix mayonnaise, butter, tomato sauce, salt and pepper together.
Spread half on the base and mix half with the corn and capsicum and put on base.
Cut mushrooms length wise and decorate.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 5 minutes.
Spread the cheese and bake again for 5 minutes.
Serve hot.
