Sweet Coconut Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Unsweetened bakers chocolate square | 3 | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sweetened condensed milk | 1 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Coconut | 2 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Melt chocolate with butter in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
Remove from heat.
Stir in eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla.
Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
Combine milk and coconut; spoon over chocolate mixture, leaving 1/2 - to 1-inch border.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Cool before serving.
