Sweet Chocolate Turban Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 env. unflavored gelatin | ||
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 T liquid fructose | ||
| Chocolate Chips | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Buttermilk | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup Chocolate Whipped Topping | ||
Directions
Sprinkle the gelatin on top of cold water in a saucepan.
Allow to soften for 5 minutes.
Cook and stir over low heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Remove from heat and add sugar replacement, fructose and chocolate chips.
Stir until blended.
Stir in buttermilk.
Mix thoroughly.
Pour into a lightly greased turban mold or decorative ice cream mold.
Refrigerate until firm, about 3 to 4 hours.
Unmold onto a well-chilled serving plate.
Decorate around the edge with chocolate whipped topping.
