Ingredients

 Sweet cherries1 Cup (16 tbs), frozen
 Apple Juice1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Granulated Sugar2 Teaspoon
 4 tsp Slim Set jelling mix
 1/4 tsp unsweetened wild cherry drink mix

Directions

Mash the sweet cherries with a potato masher.
Pour cherries and cherry liquid into a saucepan.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir to completely dissolve jelling mix.
Place over medium heat and cook, stirring, until the mixture boils.
Reduce heat and boil for a minute.
Pour into a glass jar or serving dish and allow to set.
